PB Expert places great importance on the protection of your personal data. This privacy statement explains which data we collect, why, how we secure it, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
PB Expert, located at Lange Lozanastraat 142, 2018 Antwerp, info@pbexpert.be, +32 469 14 84 08. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this statement.
2. Which data do we process?
Identification and contact data (name, email, phone), property data (address, type), the contents of your message, and where applicable CV and application data. When carrying out a property report we also process photos and technical observations of the property.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to (a) respond to your request and carry out the property report (performance of contract), (b) comply with our legal accounting obligations (legal obligation), (c) handle job applications (consent), and (d) improve our services (legitimate interest).
4. With whom do we share data?
Only with service providers necessary for our operations (accountant, IT hosting within the EU). A data processing agreement is in place with each processor. We never sell or rent your data.
5. Retention periods
Contact requests: max. 24 months. Client files: 10 years (accounting law). Job applications: max. 12 months unless you consent to longer retention in our talent pool.
6. Security
Our website operates over a secure HTTPS connection. Personal data is stored on secure servers within the EU with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send your request to info@pbexpert.be (a copy of your ID may be requested for verification). You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses functional cookies to remember your language and cookie consent. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy for the full list.
9. Minors
Our services are not aimed at minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental consent.
